【报告题目】Quantum Emission Based on Cavity QED

【报告摘要】In this presentation, I will firstly introduce the background of quantum emission based on cavity QED and its applications. Secondly, I mainly introduce our recent works regarding multi-photon/phonon bundle emission theory with electron-phonon and Rabi interactions. Specifically, we propose the optical heralded multi-phonon bundle emission and parity-symmetry-protected multiphoton emission. Lastly, I will introduce our recent works regarding superradiant phase transition beyond no-go theorem. Our works broaden the realms of multi-quanta physics and quantum phase transition, with potential applications for on-chip quantum information processing, quantum metrology, and engineering of new types of quantum devices, such as optically heralded n-phonon guns, symmetry protected n-photon laser and superradiant laser.

【报告人介绍】吕新友,华中科技大学物理学院教授,博士生导师,主要从事腔量子电动力学(QED)和腔光力学等方面的理论研究。在Phys. Rev. Lett.、Nat. Commun.等杂志共发表论文70余篇,SCI总他引3000余次,10篇论文被引超过100次(6篇被引超过200次),H因子30。
