【报告题目】Condensation and evolution of Halos and Boson stars

【报告摘要】The existence of dark matter has been widely accepted by modern physics and astronomy. Therefore, the research of the nature of dark matter has become a very important topic. Among all the candidate particles, axion is a very promising one [1]. This talk focuses on the dynamical formation and growth of two very important forms of axion, halos and boson stars in a collection of different models, including self-gravity, attractive and repulsive self-interactions [2, 3]. These results have applications to future terrestrial, astrophysical, and cosmological observations searching for new types of bosons across a wide range of scales.

【报告人简介】

陈家骏,博士毕业于哥根廷大学,天体物理学专业(导师为Jens C. NiemeyerDavid J. E. Marsh教授),硕士毕业于中国人民大学,理论物理专业(导师为朱传界教授)。研究方向:Formation of dark matter halos and boson stars in the bosonic dark matter scenario; Quantum turbulence in galaxy formation.
