【报告题目】异质界面系统中的新颖超导电性研究

【报告摘要】In the heterostructures, due to the presence of strong interplay between electron correlation and interfacial coupling, the systems exhibit a wide range of intriguing quantum phenomena that are inaccessible in their bulk individuals. In this talk, I will firstly give a brief introduction to the superconductivity, especially on the interfacial superconductivity based on the theory of symmetry breaking. Secondly, the appealing quantum bosonic metallic state observed at finite high temperature at the superconducting heterointerface between the Mott insulating Ti2O3 and the polar semiconducting GaN via state-of-the-art heterostructure engineering will be systemically discussed. Additionally, I will also discuss the observation of unexpected three-dimensional d-wave superconductivity in spinel oxide with mixed valence state. At last, I will present the discussion of spontaneous rotational symmetry breaking in newly discovered KTaO3 heterointerface superconductor.

【报告人简介】李炜:现为复旦大学物理学系青年研究员、博士生导师。主要从事强关联电子系统方面的研究,目前聚焦于异质界面系统中的新颖量子物性研究,特别是异质界面系统中的新奇超导电性研究。迄今为止,已经在国际高水平学术期刊Nature Communications、ACS Nano、Physical Review系列等发表SCI科研论文近70篇。主持和参与过国家自然科学基金委重大科学仪器装备专项(2项),中国科学院战略先导B类专项,上海市“科技创新行动计划”重大研究计划项目等。
