【报告题目】: 基于KTaO3氧化物异质界面系统中的新颖超导电性研究

【报告摘要】At heterointerfaces, due to the presence of a pronounced interplay of Coulomb and interfacial electron-phonon interactions, the systems exhibit a wide spectrum of intriguing quantum phenomena that are inaccessible in their bulk individuals, such as the emergence of interfacial superconductivity. In this talk, I will present our recent significant progresses on the studies of interfacial superconductivity at KTaO3 heterointerfaces. Remarkably, the spontaneously broken rotational symmetry will be systemically discussed in the KTaO3 heterointerface superconductors with strong spin-orbit coupling [1]. Furthermore, I will also present the intrinsic coexistence of ferromagnetism and superconductivity at the KTaO3 heterointerfaces [2], which holds promising potential applications for the realization of the topological quantum computing.

【报告人简介】李炜,现为复旦大学物理学系青年研究员、博士生导师。从事低维量子功能材料体系中的新奇物态研究及其实现量子物态调控。目前,主要聚焦于氧化物异质界面系统中的新颖超导电性理论与实验相融合研究。迄今为止,已经在国际权威学术期刊Nature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsNano LetterACS NanoPhysical Review系列等上发表高水平SCI科研论文80篇。主持和参与过国家自然科学基金委重大科学仪器装备专项(两项),中国科学院战略先导B类专项,上海市“科技创新行动计划”重大研究项目等。
