【报告摘要】:This lecture focuses on light-matter interaction in regimes of strong coupling and high non-linearity. I will discuss the transition from the bare to the dressed states picture, presenting non-classical phenomena such as entanglement in the thermal two-qubit Quantum Rabi Model. Furthermore, I will present a practical design framework for high-fidelity quantum control in coupled Kerr-nonlinear oscillators. We will look at how to address spectral crowding by engineering rational nonlinearity ratios and using a Magnus expansion to derive effective Hamiltonians, allowing for the deterministic synthesis of NOON states with fidelities exceeding F > 99.9%.

【报告人简介】:Gabriella Goncalves Damas, a researcher specializing in Quantum Thermodynamics and Quantum Optics, holding a Master’s degree from the Federal University of Goiás, interested in quantum refrigeration and negative temperature regimes. Currently, her doctoral research focuses on two main fronts: the calculation of work/heat fluctuations using the two-measurement scheme in non-equilibrium systems, and the development of effective Hamiltonians for high-fidelity quantum control in strongly coupled systems.
