【报告摘要】:In this talk, I will present a theoretical framework for quantum magnetotransport in monolayer Pt2HgSe3under multiple external fields. The contents of this talk include four main aspects:(i)we analyze topological phase transitions triggered by tuning electric fields and off-resonant circularly polarized laser irradiation, with emphasis on transport properties;(ii)we study Landau level formation under a perpendicular magnetic field, focusing on spin- and valley-polarized splitting of the zeroth Landau level, which leads to four distinct peaks in the density of states for the K and K' valleys;(iii)we demonstrate that reversing the electric field or flipping the light helicity changes the Dirac mass sign in specific spin-valley sectors, which in turn reverses both the Berry curvature and the orbital magnetic moment; and(iv)we showcase how external electric, magnetic, and optical fields can collectively control spin-valley resolved conductivities, establishing monolayer jacutingaite as a highly tunable platform for photonics, optoelectronics, and topological quantum devices.
